Hello and Thank You for visiting my Website. I have a passion for the Theme Park World and bring 25 years of experience in delivering World Class Themed Entertainment. I work closely with the Teams required to design and construct a Theme Park which exceeds Client expectations.

I have extensive experience in all phases of Theme Park development and collaborate with the Client, IP Holder, Operator, Design Teams, Main Contractor, Project Managers, Technical Staff and Theming Vendors until Opening Day. My Mission is to create a compelling and memorable Guest experience. My Goal is to ensure repeat Visits from the Guests.

I am both a licensed Architect and Landscape Architect in California and combine this background with my comprehensive experience at Walt Disney Imagineering and UNIVERSAL STUDIOS Creative to realize a Client's Vision. I look forward to teaming up with you on your next Project. Thank you!

Adventure Cove Waterpark opened in December of 2012 and is the Theme Park component of the Marine Life Park at Resorts World Sentosa in Singapore. which features the World’s largest Aquarium. I was the Creative Director for Adventure Cove Waterpark and responsible for everything the Guest sees; including Thematic Architecture, Themed Elements, Water Effects, Area Development, Rockwork, Tube and Site Design, Graphics/Signage, Lighting, Restaurant and Retail Interiors, Food and Retail Carts and Speciality Art. I supervised Teams of Art Directors, CAD Operators, Rockwork Artists, Model Makers, Signage, Vendors, Food and Retail Cart Vendors . I worked with a large Team of talented Architects, Water Effects Specialists, Interior Designers, Landscape Architects, Technical Advisors, Fish and Mammal Specialists, Project Managers, Technical Consultants, Marketing and Operations, Food and Retail Teams and Marketing and Operations to bring this Park to realization. I reviewed and red-lined all Design Documents, Production Drawings and Shop Drawings and supervised Field Installation. This was the first major non-IP Park I built and I really enjoyed the Creative and Design freedom.
UNIVERSAL Studios Singapore opened on March 18, 2010. I was the Executive Art Director for the LOST WORLD Land which included five Attractions (Jurassic Park Rapids Adventure, WATERWORLD, Canopy Flyer, Dino Soarin’ and Amber Rock Climb) two Restaurants, and two Retail Facilities. I worked with a talented team of Creative Executives, Project Managers, Art Directors and over twenty Vendors from Asia, Europe and America to bring LOST WORLD to realization. As Senior Art Director, I was responsible for all design and visual aspects in the Land; including, Attraction Architecture, Facade Theming, Interiors, Show Sets, Area Development hardscape and landscape, Ride Vehicle design, Signage and Graphics, Rockwork, Themed lighting, Food Carts, Props and unique Art Installations.
My Career at Walt Disney Imagineering allowed me to work on numerous World Class Theme Parks on all phases of Theme Park development, from Blue Sky Concept to Schematic and Design Development to Field Art Direction. I worked in two different Divisions while at Imagineering, Architecture and Creative. I am a licensed Architect and Landscape Architect and began my Career as the Field Landscape Architect on the Disney/MGM Studios at Walt Disney World in Orlando. Upon completion in 1992, I moved back to Los Angeles and worked as a Concept Architect on several new Theme Parks and Attractions. I moved to the Creative Division after spending eight years in the Architecture and Facilities Division. While in Creative, I worked on a broad range of new Projects; including, future Theme Parks world-wide, Interactive Attractions, Corporate Partner Branding, Children’s Play Environments and Cruise Ship entertainment. A comprehensive description of the Projects I worked on at Imagineering can be found on the ‘Background’ portion of this website.
